How does communication take place?

Communication happens through real-time chat.

You can also review a summarized meeting note immediately after each session.

Can you issue tax invoices?

Yes.

We review the method specified in the contract and issue the tax invoice accordingly.

Can you add features to an existing service?

Yes.

We do need to inspect the existing logic and code to give you an accurate answer. The inspection is free when you contact us through the inquiry process.

Who owns the deliverables?

All deliverables produced through development belong entirely to the client.

What information is essential when making an inquiry?

Please prepare a clear outline of what you need; documentation is even better.

If you expect requirement changes, prioritize the core features first. That lets us start development without delay while still letting you finalize the optional features as you review each core delivery.

How can we check the development progress?

After you log in, go to the Workspace menu and check the report we share through chat. We also provide a test server and debug app so you can monitor progress in real time.

What level of planning document should we prepare?

We do not judge the completeness of your planning document, but it should be clear enough that anyone can understand it.

1. For agile development, describe the features you want in small, well-defined pieces.

2. For a phased waterfall approach, we work with you during analysis/design to finalize a detailed storyboard together.

Can we proceed in stages if the budget is limited?

Yes.

1. With agile development, we actually recommend starting with the smallest, most critical scope. In our experience this greatly improves the chances of success.

2. With a staged waterfall process, we inspect the requirements with you and adjust the scope to match the current budget.

How are the schedule and cost handled?

Once the scope is confirmed, we break it down into work packages and estimate the resources and timeline for each. You receive the full breakdown.

After you approve the estimate and make payment, the amount is converted to points, which are visible on the Project Status dashboard.

Points are settled (deducted) as each work package is delivered, and you can track the balance on the same dashboard.
