BbangBbang Riders is a delivery platform that includes a rider and store owner employment matching system, and an order management website for store owners. This platform provides users with efficient and real-time management of orders and deliveries. It has been developed with a variety of key features and user convenience in mind, offering a comprehensive solution that meets the demands of the delivery industry.

Portfolio Introduction

BbangBbang Riders is a delivery platform consisting of an employment matching system for riders and store owners, and an order management website for store owners. This platform integrates all processes from matching riders and store owners, sharing real-time order details with the kitchen, tracking delivery routes, monitoring delivery status, and managing container retrieval, all into an app and web solution.

Although the platform has not been officially launched due to client circumstances, the development has been completed perfectly. This project focused on maximizing the efficiency of order management and delivery.

Scope of Work

The scope of the BbangBbang Riders project includes the following:

1. Requirement Gathering: Collecting customer requirements to set the basic direction of the project.
2. Storyboard Creation: Creating a storyboard that visually represents the overall flow and user experience of the project.
3. Design: Performing design work considering user interface (UI) and user experience (UX).
4. Publishing: Implementing the design into actual web pages.
5. Front/Back-End Development: Developing the front-end and back-end of the website and app.
6. Unit Testing and Third-Party Testing: Conducting unit tests and external tests to verify stability.
7. User Testing: Conducting tests with actual users and incorporating feedback.
8. Release: Deploying the final version and starting operations.

Key Features

The BbangBbang Riders platform offers the following key features:

• Employment Matching Function: Matches riders and store owners in real-time based on employment conditions by industry and region. Attendance records are also managed.
• Real-Time Alarm Function: Integrated with the Baemin ordering function to display real-time alarm pop-ups when orders come in.
• Real-Time Location Monitoring: Allows real-time monitoring of employed delivery riders' locations on a map.
• Order Details Printing: Prints order details on three receipts for riders, store owners, and kitchens through a connected POS printer when an order is recorded.
• Batch Delivery Function: Implements batch delivery functionality to allow riders to handle more than two orders at once.
• Settings Function: Provides a settings screen where store owners can easily configure the necessary items for their website.
• Statistics Function: Implements a statistics function to manage sales and operating profits through daily, monthly, and yearly statistics.

Technology Used

The BbangBbang Riders platform was developed using the following technologies:

1. Server Configuration: Built a stable server environment using Ubuntu, SMTP, and Apache.
2. Back-End: Implemented server-side logic and data processing using PHP.
3. Database: Efficiently stored and managed data using MariaDB.
4. Front-End: Developed a user-friendly interface using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.

BbangBbang Riders was meticulously planned and developed to provide the best user experience for both riders and store owners. Although the platform has not been officially launched, it presents a perfect solution that covers all aspects of delivery management and will serve as an important reference for future delivery platform development.
