IT7 successfully launched the new product information system for Lock&Lock Co., Ltd. This project, initiated at the headquarters in Korea, was expanded to include overseas subsidiaries in China and Vietnam. Furthermore, the project continued to meet the demand for system enhancement.
The scope of information linked with the SAP (ERP) system was expanded from domestic to global subsidiaries. This allowed authorized personnel to map global material information and financial information together, enabling a comprehensive view of these data points.
The system was enhanced to link with the internal file archive server, allowing users to view the latest information at a glance. As a result, the final work files in the internal system are synchronized by material, facilitating smooth communication between workers, planners, and salespeople. Additionally, the product information system was integrated, strengthening its role as a product information portal.
The system was designed to collect more data and add various search conditions, allowing users to easily extract data according to their desired criteria.
A feature was implemented to download data, including images, in Excel format in a single operation. This was designed and developed to enable practitioners to download the desired data format quickly.
The system was configured to support four languages: Korean, Chinese, Vietnamese, and English.
The backend API was designed with an asynchronous call method to fetch data quickly and concisely.
The system was developed in the AWS EC2 environment, ensuring stability and scalability.
This project aimed at data integration and efficient information management in a global environment. Leveraging IT7's technical expertise and experience, the project was successfully completed. As a result, Lock&Lock Co., Ltd. can operate a more competitive system in the global market.
