Introduction to the Staffing Matching Platform

At IT7, we have developed an innovative app and web platform for job seekers and employers. This platform supports seamless matching between individuals or companies needing personnel and those looking for jobs. Users can post job offers and job requests, which are matched based on industry and location. Once matched, both parties can express their interest by clicking the job seeking/hiring button, facilitating a process where the administrator exchanges contact information between them.

Key Features and Characteristics

1. Rapid Matching System: Matches quickly based on location, region, and industry, with real-time recommended information delivered via app push notifications.
2. Point System: Points are accumulated for both job seekers and employers when a match is made, which can be used offline through an O2O design.
3. Hybrid Development Approach: Allows for immediate deployment of updates from the web server without requiring app updates, operational on both Android and iOS.
4. On-Premises Server Operation: Ensures security and data protection by operating in an on-premises server environment.

Development Process

1. Requirement Gathering: Detailed collection and analysis of client requirements.
2. Storyboard Creation: Detailed storyboard creation to maximize user experience.
3. Publishing: Collaborating with clients to publish visual elements and user interfaces.
4. Front/Back-End Development: Developing the front end using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Cordova Framework, and building the back end with PHP.
5. Unit Testing and Third-Party Testing: Conducting thorough unit tests and third-party tests to minimize bugs and optimize performance.
6. User Testing: Reflecting feedback from actual user testing to identify and address areas for improvement.
7. Release: Final product release after all tests are completed.

Technology Stack

• Back-End: Built with PHP for a stable and efficient back-end system.
