Construction of a Travel Agency Platform Responsive Web

The travel agency platform developed by Jian Platform Co., Ltd. is an integrated management system based on a responsive web design, targeting inbound travel agencies, outbound travel agencies, and domestic travel agencies. This platform is designed to allow travel product managers to configure three types of package tours and post them in real-time to the front office. Users can conveniently book and pay for travel products via card payment, maximizing travel convenience.

Scope of Work: Development Participation and Support Environment

The scope of this project includes the following:

• Screen Design and UI/UX Design: We designed an intuitive and sleek interface to ensure easy access and usability for users.
• Server Construction: We built a robust server infrastructure to provide stable services.
• Front-end Development: Using responsive web technology, we developed a user interface that works seamlessly across various devices.
• Administrator Page Development: We built an ERP system to allow administrators to efficiently manage travel products.

Key Responsibilities

1. Membership Grading System for B2B and B2C: Implemented a tiered membership system dividing users into B2B and B2C categories.
2. Admin Product Configuration Function: Enabled administrators to configure master items such as airline tickets, hotels, and individual products, which can then be used to create package travel products.
3. Multiple Travel Product Creation: Allowed unlimited multiple creations of a single travel product by departure date, supporting various travel schedules.
4. PDF Download and Invoice Printing Function: Provided features for customers to download reservation details in PDF format and print invoices.
5. Card Payment System: Integrated card payment functionality through PG companies to enhance user payment convenience.
6. Various Travel Package Configuration: Established a flexible system capable of configuring inbound, outbound, and domestic travel packages.
7. Flexible Menu Configuration: Allowed administrators to freely configure menus and menu structures as needed.
8. Main Screen Configuration Flexibility: Provided the flexibility to freely change the main screen configuration, allowing each travel agency to reflect its unique characteristics.
9. Real-time Notification Sending: Added features to send real-time notifications via KakaoTalk and SMS upon reservation and payment.
10. SNS Login Integration: Supported various SNS login functions such as KakaoTalk, Google, Naver, and Instagram to improve user accessibility.

Key Points: Focus Areas During Service Construction

The main focus during the construction of this platform was to configure the administrator website as an ERP system, allowing travel product components to be freely input and enabling the easy creation of various package products. By allowing the input of components such as airline tickets, hotels, individual products, and land arrangements, it significantly improved the efficiency of travel product management.

Additionally, by applying responsive web design, a consistent user experience was provided across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. This ensures that users can conveniently access the service anytime, anywhere.

Finally, to maximize the convenience for both users and administrators, features such as real-time notification sending, providing various payment options, and improving accessibility through SNS login were implemented, enhancing the overall service quality. Through these efforts, the travel agency platform by Jian Platform Co., Ltd. has established itself as a user-friendly and highly efficient integrated management system.
