This project involved the development of the web page for Jeonbang, a platform that provides information on rural houses and location-based real estate data. The website is designed to allow users to easily access various real estate information via a map-based interface. Special emphasis was placed on user experience (UX), creating an intuitive interface and responsive design that enables users to effortlessly explore real estate information.

● Scope of Work

The scope of this project included planning and design, publishing, responsive design, Kakao Map API integration, AJAX communication, and the implementation of a user-customized notification feature, covering all stages of the web development process.

• Planning and Design: We focused on UX/UI to ensure users could intuitively explore rural house listings and related information, structuring and designing the overall layout of the website.
• Publishing: The web pages were developed using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with an emphasis on writing clean and efficient code.
• Responsive Design: A responsive design was implemented to ensure optimal display on various devices, including desktops, tablets, and mobile phones.
• Kakao Map API Integration: The Kakao Map API was integrated to display real estate and local information on the map, providing location-based data.
• AJAX Communication: Asynchronous data communication with the server was implemented to allow fast and efficient data loading.
• Real-time Notification: A real-time notification feature was created, allowing users to receive KakaoTalk alerts when new information relevant to their selected region and keywords is registered.

• Jeonbang Map: A map-based interface powered by Kakao Map that provides real estate and local business information, allowing users to explore detailed data by location.
• Jeonbang Community: A community forum that enables users to easily share photos, videos, and information related to rural houses.
• Real-time Notification: A feature that supports real-time notifications, allowing users to receive updates on new information based on their selected regions and keywords.

● Technologies Used

• Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Kakao Map API, jQuery were used to build the structure and interactive components of the web pages.
• Other Tools: Git was used for version control, facilitating smooth collaboration and systematic management of code changes.

In this Jeonbang platform development project, we applied modern technologies and methods to build a user-centric web page. Through an intuitive, map-based interface and responsive design, we ensured a consistent user experience across various devices.
