In my home research center, residents, research institutes, and management offices in the apartment complex participated together

It is a citizen-participating service that supports requesting and managing technology application.


The system visualizes the status of pilot technology by complex, operates a technology application process based on user requests, and,

It is designed to enable management and research institutes to efficiently process costs.

 

By applying a responsive UI based on web standard technology, it provides a consistent user experience in various device environments (PC, tablet, mobile). 
In addition, it was packaged with a Cordova-based hybrid app and linked to mobile native functions such as push notifications and cameras, and stably implemented functions that meet user requirements.

 

Project Overview

 

1. Requirements Analysis

 

Analysis of the work flow related to technology introduction in apartment complexes from the perspective of tenants, institutions, and managers

Define functionality by role by organizing specific characteristics and requirements of technical requester

Only structural (East/Lake) management and user-view generation information utilization

 

2. UI/UX Design and Implementation

 

Reactive UI design using HTML, CSS, JavaScript

Branches interfaces based on role-specific privileges, and optimizes apps considering mobile environments

Provides access to generational technical information and visual layout based on East/Lake structure

 

3. Front-end and back-end development

 

Front-end: Implement dynamic interfaces such as technical requests, layout inquiries, feedback registration, etc

Backend: Manage technology application history, collect generational feedback, and develop inquiry response capabilities

DB design: just information, generational information (east/west), technology application history, feedback, documentation, cost data

 

4. Testing and Deployment

 

Conduct scenario-based testing by user role

Project Performance and Significance

 

Through our research institute platform, we were able to systematize technology application communication between residents and institutions in apartment complexes. 
Transparency and efficiency in technology dissemination have been ensured by engaging tenants and systemizing technology request/application flows. 
 

In particular, we have improved data acquisition and response quality from a real-world user perspective through the collection of technical feedback and inquiry/answer functions at the generation (East/West) level. 
 

In addition, automation of lake layout also helped managers and institutions visually identify application status in the complex and make operational decisions, and automation of cost handling effectively reduced administrative burdens.


The system has been developed in a structure that is scalable to other complex proliferation and similar community-based technology management services in the future.
