Mortgage Partners Website and Web ERP System Development

https://www.mortgagepartners.co.kr/

Mortgage Partners Co., Ltd. is a financial consulting and loan brokerage company that required a robust digital transformation to improve efficiency and transparency across its operations. To achieve this, IT7 was commissioned to develop a corporate website and a comprehensive web-based ERP system tailored to the client’s unique needs. The project spanned from November 15, 2024, to August 14, 2025, and since September 2025, IT7 has continued to provide system operation and maintenance services under a long-term contract.

From the initial planning stage, IT7 collaborated closely with the client to define requirements, design the architecture, implement development, conduct thorough testing, and provide training and documentation. The result was a successful system launch that enables both managers and consultants to perform their tasks more efficiently within a unified digital environment.

The ERP system is organized into several core modules—Sales Performance Management, Management Reporting, Consultant Services, Internal Control, Consultant Management, Monitoring, and Performance Evaluation—all seamlessly integrated to maximize productivity and operational transparency.

1. Sales Performance Management

The Sales Performance module provides a structured way to manage daily, monthly, and annual performance data.

Performance Data Management supports registration, modification, deletion, and approval request workflows.

Daily/Period Reports allow managers to view team-level and consultant-level data (loans, commissions) with options to download or print, while detailed modals provide drill-down insights.

Custom Data Extraction enables filtered searches, targeted reporting, file upload, and personalized data downloads.

Sales Target Management allows administrators to set, update, and track yearly targets against actual performance.

2. Management Reporting

The reporting module equips executives with insights for data-driven decision-making.

Loan Recruitment Trends visualize performance over monthly and yearly intervals, segmented by banks and loan types.

Monthly Loan Reports provide year-over-year comparisons and ratio analysis between individual and group loans.

Business and Team Reports offer real-time data on contract status, new vs. terminated consultants, and team-based performance metrics.

3. Consultant Services

A dedicated consultant portal ensures that individual advisors can easily access the resources they need.

Performance Viewing lets consultants and team leaders review personal and team-based performance, daily or monthly.

Bulletin Board, Training, and Resource Center provide communication tools for company announcements, training materials, and operational guidelines.

Training Enrollment and Message Inbox features allow consultants to apply for training programs and review notifications sent to their registered mobile numbers.

Delivery Management enables consultants to check the status of documents, contracts, and other physical resources.

4. Internal Control and Compliance

Given the regulatory nature of financial services, internal control was a key requirement.

Training, Notices, Complaints, and Sanctions modules ensure regulatory compliance.

The Business Misconduct Reporting Center allows consultants to submit reports on improper sales practices.

Administrators can handle complaints, register sanctions, track penalties, and manage compliance obligations with institutions such as the Korea Federation of Banks.

5. Consultant Management

The consultant management suite covers the full life cycle of HR and compliance for advisors.

HR Management tracks contract status (active/terminated), commission rates, and team reassignments.

Certificate Issuance automates documents including letters of appointment, career certificates, termination certificates, withholding tax receipts, and sanction history confirmations.

Education, Messaging, and Delivery Modules streamline consultant onboarding, training, communication, and operational logistics.

6. Monitoring and Performance Evaluation

Ongoing performance monitoring was developed to provide deeper visibility into consultant activities.

Continuous and Conditional Monitoring allows administrators to review performance by date range, conditions, and consultant activity patterns.

Detailed Monitoring tracks performance trends and validates results based on loan brokerages and activity history.

Performance Evaluation includes structured reviews such as Team Leader Evaluations and Annual Awards (Team, Consultant, New Consultant, and Growth Award categories), helping to establish fair performance assessments and incentive systems.

Project Outcomes

The successful implementation of the Mortgage Partners ERP system marked a major step toward data-driven management and operational excellence.

Consultants and administrators now share a unified platform, improving collaboration and efficiency.

Automated reporting and certificate issuance eliminated manual workloads, saving significant time and resources.

Internal control modules strengthened compliance and reduced operational risk exposure.

Most importantly, the seamless integration between the corporate website and ERP system enhanced customer responsiveness and overall service quality.

Since September 2025, IT7 has been providing ongoing maintenance and technical support to ensure stability, system security, and continuous improvement. The ERP system now serves as the digital backbone of Mortgage Partners’ operations, enabling the company to scale efficiently and maintain its competitive edge in the financial services industry.

Thank you.
