Portfolio Overview
This project delivered a web and mobile workflow automation platform for waterproofing and leak repair contractors. It connects field visits, site photos, AI-assisted diagnosis, estimates, contracts, daily reports, labor management, tax invoices, completion photo albums, and warranty follow-up into a single project-centered flow.
The system was designed to reduce duplicate entry and document omissions by consolidating materials that were previously scattered across office documents, spreadsheets, photo folders, and messaging channels.

- Unify the workflow from site visit and photo capture to diagnosis and estimate creation.
