Background and Goals of the Project In the real estate market, efficiently managing a variety of listings and wish lists, and quickly sharing information is crucial. Traditional manual systems fell short in meeting these demands, making collaboration between real estate offices difficult. Therefore, Park Rio Geumseong Real Estate adopted the latest IT technology to build a property management platform to address these issues.
System Design and Implementation Network-Based Platform Design The core goal of this project was to build a network-based platform that can be used by multiple real estate offices and their associated agents and assistants. To achieve this, we designed a system to centrally manage property data for each office and share information in real time.
Map-Based Property Management Using the Naver Maps API, we placed apartments and general properties on the map according to their latitude and longitude, enabling visual management. Users can intuitively check the location of properties on the map and view detailed information with a single click. Additionally, the system allows real-time tracking of the number of registered properties and their status.
Bulletin Board Style Property Viewing In addition to map-based viewing, we implemented a feature to view properties in a bulletin board format. Users can quickly and easily find the necessary information by viewing property lists in a bulletin board style. This feature further enhances the convenience of property management.
Memo and History Management for Each Property To improve the efficiency of property management, we added a feature to record memos and track the history of each property. Agents can manage the history of properties by recording major changes or important details, ensuring a structured management system.
