To enhance these services, IT7 has developed a responsive web reservation management platform that allows investors to easily book dates to visit companies they are interested in.

The main goal of this project is to develop a user-friendly reservation system that allows investors to efficiently visit companies they are interested in and maximize networking opportunities with those companies. This platform will enhance interactions between investors and companies, serving as a valuable tool to support investment decisions.

Key Features

User Registration and Authentication

• Both investors and companies can register on the platform, with investors undergoing an authentication process to build a trustworthy investor community.

Reservation Management System

• Provides investors with the ability to search for companies, book visit schedules, and view reservation statuses in real time. Includes functionalities for modifying and canceling reservations.

Company Profiles and Information

• Offers detailed profiles of each company, including current investment status and major achievements, allowing investors to make informed decisions based on comprehensive information.

Notification and Announcement Features

• Sends real-time notifications via email and SMS for reservation confirmations, changes, and cancellations. Also includes features for posting announcements related to investment opportunities.

Calendar Integration

• Integrates with Google Calendar, Outlook, etc., to provide investors with convenient access to manage their schedules.

Responsive Design

• Adopts a responsive web design to provide the optimal user experience across various devices (PC, tablet, smartphone), allowing access to the reservation system anytime and anywhere.

Development Process

1. Requirements Analysis

We conducted a detailed analysis of the platform’s requirements through close collaboration with IRZONE. This process defined the necessary functionalities and user flow, culminating in a detailed planning document.

2. UI/UX Design

To maximize user experience, we designed an intuitive UI/UX. Wireframes and prototypes were created, followed by a feedback process with the client to finalize the design.

3. Development

Simultaneous frontend and backend development was carried out to implement the platform’s core features. Each feature was modularized to consider maintainability and scalability.

4. Testing

After development, various tests (unit tests, integration tests, usability tests) were performed to identify and fix bugs. Special attention was given to optimizing the responsive web design through extensive testing on multiple devices.

5. Deployment

After final reviews, the platform was deployed using AWS. Leveraging cloud environments ensures stable and scalable service delivery.
