Project Overview:
IT7 developed a sharehouse management system for Able House Co., Ltd., targeting both local and international residents. This project was completed by thoroughly analyzing the client's requirements, followed by design, development, and release phases. Due to the inclusion of the client's business secrets, detailed images are not disclosed; instead, we will describe the main features and the construction process of the system.

System Components:

Member Management: We implemented a member management system that differentiates between residents and administrators. It supports systematic user management through functions like member registration, login, and permission settings.

Rental Management: This allows real-time monitoring of the rental status of each sharehouse, simplifying contract management and renewal procedures. Information such as rental periods and contract terms can be managed intuitively.

Move-in Management: This integrates the application, approval, move-in, and move-out processes. It systematically stores resident information and updates the move-in status in real-time.

Utility Bill Management: A system was established to manage the billing and payment status of utilities such as electricity, water, and gas. It provides clear utility bill information for each unit, enhancing management efficiency.

Billing and Settlement: This function automatically generates monthly rent and utility bills for residents and tracks payment status. Additionally, it provides financial status at a glance through settlement reports.

Facility Checklist: It offers checklists for the maintenance and inspection of various facilities within the sharehouse, supporting administrators in regular inspections and repairs.

Email Dispatch: This includes a function to automatically send important notices, bills, contract renewal alerts, etc., to residents and administrators via email, improving communication efficiency.

Grouping: It provides a feature to manage residents in groups, which is useful for managing community activities and events.

Development Environment and Technology Stack:

• Frontend: HTML5, CSS3 (Bootstrap), jQuery, JavaScript
• Backend: PHP, MariaDB
• Operating System: Windows 2016 Standard, IIS 10

The frontend was developed using HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap to implement responsive web design. jQuery and JavaScript were used to provide a dynamic user experience. The backend was handled with PHP to process server logic, and MariaDB was adopted for stable and efficient data management. The web server environment was built using Windows 2016 Standard and IIS 10.

Project Achievements:

The development of this system significantly improved the operational efficiency of Able House Co., Ltd. Administrators can easily manage resident information and automate the processing of various fees and utility bills, reducing their workload. Residents experienced increased satisfaction due to transparent and prompt notifications and bill processing.

Notably, the interface design considered user convenience, and the implementation of features reflecting practical user feedback received positive responses from the field.
