Travel Master Co., Ltd. is a comprehensive travel agency providing wholesale travel products domestically and internationally. They offer a variety of travel products and services to agencies and general customers, and are well-known for their reliability and quality.

Project Name: Comprehensive Travel Agency Web Platform Development

Our company, IT7, successfully undertook the development of Travel Master Co., Ltd.'s comprehensive travel agency web platform. The goal of this project was to build a website with functionality and usability comparable to that of large travel agencies such as Hana Tour and Modetour.

Key Features

Agency Website: Provides features for agencies to easily search and book travel products. Designed to support efficient operations through an agency-specific login system and customized dashboards that reflect the unique characteristics of each agency.

Public Website: Offers features for general customers to search and book travel products. Maximizes customer convenience with an intuitive and easy-to-use UI/UX. Implements various travel product categories and filtering functions to help users easily find the desired travel products.

Internal ERP Management System: Builds an ERP system to help internal staff of Travel Master Co., Ltd. manage their work efficiently. Includes various functions such as reservation management, inventory management, and accounting management to enhance work efficiency.

Development Process

Requirements Analysis: Detailed analysis of the client's requirements to define the project direction. Aimed to design a system that meets the needs of agencies, general customers, and internal managers.

Design and Prototyping: Carried out UI/UX design work considering user convenience. Created prototypes for key features and refined them through feedback processes with the client.

Front-End Development: Implemented user-friendly interfaces using the latest web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, and Jquery. Applied responsive design to provide the best user experience across various devices.

Back-End Development: Developed stable and fast server-side logic using ASP and PHP. Ensured efficient data management and high performance by utilizing MariaDB for database design.

Web Server Setup and Deployment: Built the web server using Windows Server 2016 Standard and IIS, and performed optimization tasks for stable operation. Conducted thorough testing to minimize errors and established a quick response system.

Achievements

Through this project, Travel Master Co., Ltd. successfully built a comprehensive travel agency web platform for both agencies and general customers. By providing features that satisfy both agencies and general customers, the client's business growth was promoted.
