Portfolio Introduction

We successfully executed the fifth maintenance project for "Friends of the Park" by the Green Trust Foundation. This project involved a comprehensive overhaul of the existing website's design and functionality based on the client's requirements. Emphasis was placed on maximizing the speed and efficiency of data retrieval by utilizing asynchronous calls and backend APIs.

Scope of Work

The scope of this project includes the following:

Requirements Gathering:

• We clearly defined the main requirements through close collaboration with the client.
• We actively incorporated client feedback to set the overall direction of the project.

Storyboard Creation:

• Based on the requirements, we created detailed storyboards to visualize the overall structure and flow.
• The storyboard was used as a reference throughout the design and development phases.

Design:

• We implemented intuitive and elegant UI/UX designs to enhance the user experience.
• The main screen's design was completely revamped to convey a user-friendly and modern feel.

Publishing:

• We implemented the design to web standards using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and JQuery.
• Responsive web design was applied to ensure a consistent user experience across various devices.

Frontend/Backend Development:

• Asynchronous calls were introduced to ensure efficient data communication between the frontend and backend.
• The backend logic and database were configured using Classic ASP and MS-SQL.

Unit Testing and Third-Party Testing:

• After development, unit tests were conducted for each module to verify functionality accuracy.
• Third-party testing was conducted through external testing agencies to ensure quality.

User Testing:

• Final user testing was conducted to gather feedback from actual users and incorporate improvements.
• Based on user testing results, final adjustments were made in preparation for release.

Release:

• After passing all tests, the updated website was officially released.
• Continuous maintenance and communication with the client have been conducted post-release.

• Improved functionality to allow users to select various options when applying for products.
• Optimized the option selection process to provide a seamless application procedure.

Main Screen Design Changes:

• The overall design was revamped to a modern and intuitive style.
• The layout was reorganized to allow users to grasp key information at a glance.

Server Configuration:

• The server was configured based on Windows Server 2016 Standard.
• Regular monitoring and maintenance were conducted to ensure stable server operations.

Backend:

• Backend logic was implemented using Classic ASP.
• Efficient data management was ensured by integrating with an MS-SQL database.

Database:

• The database was designed and managed using MS-SQL.
• The integrity and security of the data were prioritized during the setup.

Frontend:

• User-friendly interfaces were developed using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and JQuery.
• Responsive design was applied to ensure optimal usability across various device environments.

Through this project, the "Friends of the Park" website by the Green Trust Foundation now provides an enhanced user experience and ensures stable service operations through continuous maintenance. We will continue to strive to deliver the best IT solutions tailored to the client's needs.
