(주)매니지온 has developed a web and app platform for the efficient management and monitoring of electric vehicle (EV) charging stations and chargers. This platform provides convenient features for both administrators and users, focusing on optimizing the EV charging experience.

Key Features

Charging Station and Charger Management: The platform offers functionalities to systematically manage and monitor charging stations and chargers. Administrators can check the status of chargers in real-time through a web interface and respond swiftly in case of any issues.

Real-Time Customer Support: The platform is designed to enable administrators and call center agents to monitor charging stations and chargers while responding to customer inquiries in real-time. This minimizes customer inconvenience and allows for prompt issue resolution.

User Convenience: Users can check their charging status and easily find nearby charging stations and chargers through the web or app. Additionally, real-time information on the location of charging stations and the status of each charger helps users plan their charging efficiently.

Scope of Work

Requirement Gathering: In the initial stage of the project, we thoroughly collected and analyzed customer requirements. This allowed us to accurately understand the needs of both users and administrators and reflect them in the platform design.

Storyboard Creation: Based on the requirements, we created detailed storyboards to systematically design each feature and screen layout of the platform.

Design: We implemented a user-friendly interface design. Through intuitive UI and UX, we maximized user experience.

Publishing: We optimized the platform to function smoothly across various devices and browsers through web and app publishing.

Front/Back-End Development: Utilizing the latest technologies, we developed the front-end and back-end. Specifically, we implemented a responsive web interface using React.js and built a stable and scalable back-end system using Node.js and MariaDB.

Unit Testing and Third-Party Testing: We conducted thorough unit testing for each module and feature, and performed third-party testing through external testing organizations to verify the platform's stability and reliability.

User Testing: We conducted beta testing with real users and made final adjustments based on user feedback.

Release: After completing all tests and adjustments, we released the final platform. Even after the release, we continuously monitor and update the platform to maintain its performance and stability.

Key Technologies

Server Configuration: We built a scalable and reliable server environment using AWS EC2, AWS RDS, AWS S3, and Nginx. This ensures the provision of a highly available service.

Back-End: We implemented the back-end logic using Node.js. By leveraging the advantages of asynchronous programming, we created a high-performance and scalable system.

Database: We configured the database using MariaDB. This provides reliable data processing for both users and administrators.

Front-End: We implemented the user interface using React.js. Through responsive design, we offer an optimal user experience across various devices.
