Project Overview

더부러네트워크 Co., Ltd. has developed a real estate brokerage web and app platform centered on the Daegu area at the request of IT7. This project provides a feature to view property information at a glance on a map and has completed the first phase of implementation with plans for future enhancements. The platform operates in a virtual computing environment using Cafe24 virtual server hosting.

Scope of Work

  1. Requirement Collection: Collected and organized requirements through meetings with the client.
  2. Storyboard Creation: Created a storyboard considering user experience (UX) and user interface (UI).
  3. Design: Implemented an intuitive and user-friendly design reflecting the latest design trends.
  4. Publishing: Published the design according to web standards using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
  5. Frontend/Backend Development: Developed both frontend and backend. The frontend includes an Android app using the Cordova framework, and the backend is built with PHP and MariaDB.
  6. Unit Testing and Third-Party Testing: Conducted unit tests for each function and third-party testing with external testers.
  7. User Testing: Conducted user testing with a group of actual users, collected feedback, and made improvements.
  8. Release: Deployed the final version and monitored for stable operation.

Key Features

  1. Real-time News Integration: Integrated Naver News API to enable real-time access to Naver Real Estate category news.
  2. Map-based Property Search: Developed a feature allowing easy property search and map navigation through text search using address and location information.
  3. Public Data Integration: Utilized public data APIs to combine and display information such as transaction prices, land registry, and building registry data for selected properties.
  4. Categorized Property Registration: Categorized property information for registration based on Naver Real Estate and detailed each category’s input sections for easy property listing.

Technologies Used

  1. Server Configuration: Configured a stable server environment using Cafe24 virtual server hosting, SMTP, and IIS.
  2. Backend: Implemented data processing and server-side logic using PHP.
  3. Database: Managed data efficiently and reliably using MariaDB.
  4. Frontend: Developed a user-friendly interface using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and built an Android app using the Cordova framework.

Conclusion

Through this project, The Bure Network Co., Ltd. successfully provided IT7 with a customized real estate brokerage platform. This platform enhances transparency and efficiency in the Daegu real estate market by offering a user-friendly interface and robust features. Future enhancements will include additional features and improved stability to maximize user satisfaction.
