Unit Price Definition
① Includes operator wages and crane equipment expenses, but excludes transportation, installation and dismantling costs, and costs for installation/dismantling of ancillary facilities. ② Operator wages include base pay (base pay, transportation allowance, physical training allowance, hazard allowance, license allowance) and bonuses; allowances for overtime, night, and holiday work, and the retirement benefit reserve shall be calculated separately. ③ Monthly operating hours for tower cranes shall be based on 174 hours (40 hours per week). ④ In accordance with the 「Construction Machinery Management Act」 and the 「Rules on Safety Standards for Construction Machinery」, the cost of additional tower crane safety devices shall be calculated separately. ⑤ Tower crane rental fees may be adjusted in consideration of project characteristics and contract conditions.
