① This item is based on the assembly and dismantling of wall-form Euro-form panels. ② It includes formwork installation and dismantling, and maintenance during work (cleaning, application of release agent, formwork repair). ③ Surface finishing (grinding after stripping) is excluded. ④ Formwork material cost (including material loss rate and premium) is included, but form-tie material cost is excluded. ⑤ Applicable to formwork installation height of 7m or less; when exceeding 7m, add 10% to labor cost for every additional 3m. (If equipment is required depending on site conditions, lifting equipment charges shall be separately calculated, and labor cost shall not be added.) ⑥ For application criteria by specification, refer below.
