Unit Price Definition
① This is based on breaking existing concrete and structures in roads, rivers, and coastal erosion control works using breaker equipment. ② The classification of specification (working conditions) shall be applied according to the following. - Good : When the work space is sufficiently wide and construction is performed with large equipment - Poor : When the work space is narrow and work is performed with small equipment due to work interference, etc. ③ It includes concrete breaking, rebar cutting, separation and sorting of rebar and concrete, and stockpiling and cleanup of broken debris. ④ Loading and transport of demolished materials and waste treatment costs are excluded. ⑤ Revenue from sale of scrap materials shall be calculated separately. ⑥ Water spraying costs for suppressing fugitive dust generation shall be calculated separately.
