① Manual demolition is based on demolition work in sections where equipment cannot be used. ② Equipment demolition is based on demolition work in sections constructed using a combination of labor and equipment. ③ Includes block removal and site cleanup work. ④ Excludes loading, hauling, and waste disposal costs for the demolished materials. ⑤ For applicable types by specification, refer to the following. Classification Type A-Type Sections where equipment movement and loading are easy, such as parks, complexes, and sidewalks in housing site development works B-Type Sections where equipment movement and loading space are limited, such as sidewalks adjacent to roadways and in residential areas
