① Includes concrete surface dressing (rubbing) and finishing work (filling grooves, applying cement paste, brush coating). ② Surface dressing is based on work using a grinder on the concrete substrate surface, and finishing work is based on partial or full finishing of the concrete substrate surface with cement paste after surface dressing. ③ Excludes purchase and transportation costs of cement and sand.
