Unit Price Definition
① This unit price is based on soil volume in its natural state. ② Includes the costs required for loading, unloading, waiting time (the time from arrival at the loading place until loading work begins), installation and removal of the dump-bed cover, and passing through the wheel washer. ③ This is the unit price for cases where soil excavated by an excavator is loaded directly onto a dump truck without separate loading equipment, and does not include excavation costs by the excavator. ④ This unit price applies to works with a construction scale (total executed volume obtained by summing the haul quantities of usable soil, waste soil, embankment fill, etc.) of 10,000m3 or more.
