Unit Price Definition
① Based on the processing, fabrication, installation, and dismantling of plywood formwork. ② Includes formwork installation and dismantling, and maintenance during work (cleaning, application of release agent, formwork repair). ③ Excludes shoring installation and surface finishing work (filling form-tie recesses and grinding after dismantling). ④ Includes formwork material cost (including material loss rate and premium), but excludes form-tie material cost. ⑤ Excludes the cost of bolts, timber battens, pipes, etc. required for exposed finish. ⑥ Applicable to formwork installation height of 7m or less; when exceeding 7m, add 10% to labor cost for every additional 3m. (If equipment is required depending on site conditions, separately calculate lifting heavy equipment charges and do not add labor cost.) ⑦ For applicable types by specification, refer below.
