① Based on wall assembly and dismantling work of Euro form panels. ② Includes formwork installation and dismantling, and maintenance during work (cleaning, application of release agent, formwork repair). ③ Surface finishing work (grinding after dismantling) is excluded. ④ Includes formwork material cost (including material loss rate and premium), but excludes form-tie material cost. ⑤ Applicable to formwork installation height of 7m or less; when exceeding 7m, add 10% to labor cost for every additional 3m. (If equipment is required depending on site conditions, separately calculate lifting heavy equipment charges and do not add labor cost.) ⑥ For applicable types by specification, refer below.
