Unit Price Definition
① Based on cavity laying of facing bricks (19×9×5.7㎝) (single-face finish). ② Includes layout marking, installation of gauge frame, installation of anchoring hardware, mortar mixing, brick laying, raking joints, and finished jointing work. ③ Based on dry cement mortar with completed mix; if mortar proportioning (cement, sand) is required, it shall be separately calculated. ④ Material cost is excluded. ⑤ For brick laying quantity per area (m2), 0.5B is based on 75 bricks and 1B on 149 bricks.
