① Includes the required costs by PSC beam fabrication component (beam bed, anchorage, sheath duct, strand installation, stressing, grouting, steel formwork). ② Beam bed installation includes the cost of installing the fabrication bed; if foundation work such as concrete placing is required, it shall be calculated separately. Material costs for the beam bed (timber, boards, angle brackets, nails) are excluded. ③ Anchorage installation includes anchorage fixing and installation work, and material costs are excluded. ④ Sheath duct installation includes cutting and assembly of the sheath duct, insertion and removal of sheath protective hose, and material costs are excluded. ⑤ Strand installation includes strand insertion and cutting work, and material costs are excluded. ⑥ Stressing is based on stressing from both sides, and includes anchor head and wedge installation, stressing and cutting work, and material costs are excluded. ⑦ Grouting includes injection hose installation and grouting preparation, cement mixing and injection work, and material costs are excluded. ⑧ For installation of steel formwork for beam fabrication, apply the standard market unit price of the applicable specification under “Major Category E. Cast-in-Place Concrete Work / ED*** Steel Formwork / Excluding Material Cost”.
