Unit Price Definition
① Based on running bond masonry with filled vertical joints at every 2 courses of concrete blocks (spacing 800mm). ② Includes layout marking, installation of guide frames, mortar mixing, installation of wire mesh and fixing hardware, cutting and installation of reinforcing bars, block laying, mortar filling, joint pressing, and finishing work. ③ Material cost is excluded.
