Unit Price Definition
① Finishing work on the surface after floor mortar placing, based on cases where continuous work is possible and no waiting time occurs. ② Manual finishing is based on cases where the space is narrow and the entire surface finishing is carried out manually. ③ Mechanical finishing is based on combined construction using a finishing machine (power trowel) and manual labor.
Unit Price Adjustment
- If work waiting occurs due to site conditions and work efficiency is significantly reduced, apply with an increase of up to 55% of the manual finishing unit price and up to 75% of the mechanical finishing unit price.
