Unit Price Definition
① Wooden flooring includes installation of floor framing, subfloor, and floorboards. ② Floor framing is based on installation of a double floor frame using joists over a concrete base, and includes laying PE film, installation of support blocks (for height adjustment), and wood cutting and installation work. ③ Subfloor installation is based on laying plywood over the floor-frame joists, and includes cutting and installation of the base material (plywood). ④ Floorboard installation is based on installing floorboards over the subfloor (plywood), and installation of wooden floorboards includes cutting and installation of floorboards (width 60㎜). ⑤ Main material cost (timber, plywood) is excluded. ⑥ Incidental material cost (nails, general hardware, etc.) is included. ⑦ Installation of insulation between the subfloor or floorboards is excluded.
