Unit Price Definition
① Standard for installation of metal flashing (installation width 0.25m or less). ② Includes on-site cutting and installation of flashing, and silicone finishing work. ③ Temporary facilities (scaffolding, safety platforms, etc.), if required, shall be separately calculated. ④ Excludes material costs (flashing, nails, silicone, etc.). ⑤ Includes equipment expenses for tool wear and small equipment (electric drills, etc.).
