① This unit price includes all expenses required for hand-packed gravel placement, trimming, and compaction after embankment fill compaction during river levee construction. ② Hand-packed gravel placement and compaction are based on machine construction, and trimming work is based on 10% labor and 90% machinery. ③ Purchase and hauling costs of hand-packed gravel are excluded.
