Unit Price Definition
① This item is based on applying 1 coat of oil-based (blended) paint. ② Tool expenses and consumables (masking tape, etc.) are included. ③ Auxiliary brush work in roller application is included. ④ Material costs (paint, thinner, etc.) are excluded. ⑤ Surface preparation, if required, shall be measured separately.
