Stone-finish paint

① This item is based on spray application of texture coat and stone-finish paint. ② Texture coat includes 4-coat application: 2 primer coats (roller application), putty and sanding, 1 texture coat (spray application), and 1 top coating (roller application). ③ Stone-finish paint includes 1 spray coat on walls, and where a joint pattern exists, includes installation of the joint pattern. ④ Auxiliary brush work in roller application is included. ⑤ Tool expenses and consumables (masking tape, etc.) are included. ⑥ Material costs (paint, thinner, etc.) are excluded. ⑦ Surface preparation, protection work for spray application, and dust-scattering prevention facilities (dust screens, etc.), if required, shall be measured separately. ⑧ Spray application is based on indoor work and low-rise exterior walls; this unit price shall not be applied to high-rise exterior walls where installation of dust-scattering prevention facilities (dust screens, etc.) is difficult.
