① This item is based on applying 3 coats of epoxy paint to a concrete floor surface. ② It is based on 1 primer coat, putty and sanding, and 2 coats of epoxy paint; epoxy lining is based on a coating thickness of 3mm or less. ③ Auxiliary brush work is included, and tool expenses and consumables (masking tape, etc.) are included. ④ Material costs (paint, thinner, etc.) are excluded. ⑤ Surface preparation, if required, shall be measured separately.
