Unit Price Definition
① This standard applies to surface preparation work for painting on concrete/mortar surfaces. ② Includes substrate preparation and cleaning, puttying, and sanding work. ③ Concrete fair-face finishing, finish plastering, and primer coating shall be measured separately. ④ Material costs (putty, etc.) are excluded.
Unit Price Adjustment
- When scaffolding is used, apply the following coefficients in the table below to the unit price and labor cost ratio according to height.
