Demolition of existing structure / crushing method

① This is based on concrete breaking of existing building structures using a crusher. ② The classification by specification (working condition) shall be applied as follows. - Obstacle not removed: Applies where cutting work for rebar, steel pipes, etc. is not required, and includes concrete breaking, collection, and cleanup of crushed debris. - Obstacle removal: Applies where cutting work for rebar, steel pipes, etc. is performed, and includes concrete breaking, cutting of rebar, etc., and collection and cleanup of crushed debris. - Separation and sorting: Applies where debris is sorted by material properties after breaking, and includes the cost of separation and sorting (excluding concrete breaking, cutting of rebar, etc., and collection and cleanup of crushed debris). ③ Loading, transport, and waste disposal costs for demolished materials are excluded. ④ Proceeds from sale of salvage materials shall be accounted for separately. ⑤ This unit price shall not apply when using cutting methods (diamond wire saw, wheel saw, water jet, etc.) or blasting methods. ⑥ Water spraying costs to suppress fugitive dust generation shall be accounted for separately.
