① This item is based on the processing, fabrication, installation, and dismantling of plywood formwork. ② It includes formwork installation and dismantling, and maintenance during work (cleaning, application of release agent, formwork repair). ③ Shoring installation and surface finishing (filling form-tie recesses, grinding after stripping) are excluded. ④ Formwork material cost (including material loss rate and premium) is included, but form-tie material cost is excluded. ⑤ Costs for bolts, wood wedges, pipes, etc. required for architectural fair-faced finish are excluded. ⑥ Applicable to formwork installation height of 7m or less; when exceeding 7m, add 10% to labor cost for every additional 3m. (If equipment is required depending on site conditions, lifting equipment charges shall be separately calculated, and labor cost shall not be added.) ⑦ For application criteria by specification, refer below.
